Men and brethren, in the beginning, the Awesomely Awesome God demonstrated the power in His word because He is the word of creation. Gen 1:3. The bible says ‘even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were Rom 4:17. Job gave account of how the voice can roar ‘he thundereth with the voice of his Excellency; Job 37:1-6. Therefore, every time you release words with your mouth, you’re wielding a dangerous weapon. May your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer every man and May your mouth never cause trouble for you but bring blessings. 

The Greek word for mouth is “stoma”, which means “the front or edge of a weapon.” With this weapon, you can cut down such enemies as poverty, failure, cancer, coronavirus, diabetes, HIV and so on. When you declare: “This growth will not stay in my body,” you’re cutting it down with your weapon. Imagine the power you could have if you mastered your secret weapon. No wonder the Bible says, “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds” 2 Corinthians 10:4. God is looking for a generation of people who can demonstrate kingdom mentality to their world. For the earnest expectation of the creature awaits the manifestation of the created to become Sons of the Creator by their creation Rom 8:19; no wonder he said ‘open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it’ Psalm 81:10 Right where you are as a child of God, the power of creation is in your mouth. You have in your mouth the power to speak things into existence. You have in your mouth the ingredients that can add flavour and favour to your destiny. Therefore, you must declare your freedom with your mouth in an aggressive manner against that your trouble. I declare, your trouble is in trouble for God shall trouble your trouble today. 

It is time for you to command your trouble to be troubled with your mouth; because, your mouth is the compass of your life, your mouth is the control room of your life; your mouth is the driver of your car. Your life goes in the direction of your mouth. You must learn to say things with a touch of finality and with a hint of conclusion and with a measure of authority for you to see creations brought in to manifestations. Are you in the valley where there is no water or ladder? Are you residing in a country where you cannot reach anyone for help; where ever you are, you are the next candidate of miracle. The bible says that our master Jesus spoke from Cana of Galilee and a miracle happened in Capernaum John 4:46-53, distance is not a barrier to your elevation and lifting and deliverance. May your words carry power from today.

Men and brethren, we must choose wisely because your mouth has the ability to build up and to tear down Imagine what a day would be like if you gave your mouth to God so that only godly words came from your lips. Imagine making a daily decision to live this way. Imagine how it would impact beyond your quiet time or self-encouraging times with positive talk. Imagine how it would impact the relationships around you – how you speak into, over, and about others James 3:10, Matt 15:11. We need to stop telling lies to others. We need to make sure we aren’t insulting them or speaking ill of them. Rather, let’s start our weekend off by speaking encouraging, life-giving words that bring joy to everyone we meet. Psalm 37:30, Prov 31:26, Eph 4:29 Just as Joshua spoke to the sun to stand still so that he can totally destroy his enemies; may you discover the weapon in your mouth to recover all in Jesus name Amen.
