Proverbs 3:9, Deuteronomy 8:18, James 1:6-7, Matthew 7:11, James 1:17, Revelation 22:12, Psalm 30:11

Men and brethren, every word written proclaimed from this commission is an invitation to discover the Presence of God flowing through even the smallest actions of our lives. Therefore, you must learn to react against the devil’s negotiations and refuse to be discouraged. Serve God with your means so you will not run out of means. Often we do not think we should do something drastic about our problems until it is getting out of hand. God in His infinite mercies heard the cry off the Israelites and sent Moses His servant to talk to Pharaoh to release His people. The essence of that freedom was so they could go and serve Him or be useful to Him. That has always been the plan of God for His people. He knows that we need freedom from the task master in other to serve Him. God does not set people free so they could live just for themselves but so they could serve Him. I see God sending your destiny helper to your direction to bless you for your kingdom advancement participation. 

Beloved, honour the Lord with thy substance. It is the end of our creation and redemption to honour God. We must honour him, not only with our bodies and spirits which are his, but with our estates too, for they also are his: we and all our possessions must be devoted to his glory. Honour the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase. Proverbs 3:9 NKJV. Now we usually think money, but substance means much more. It refers to everything we own, everything we have under our control. I know today even as you read this you may not feel blessed, you may not look blessed; all the circumstances, the totality of your life may tell you, you cannot be one of the blessed. But the word of God says you are! On many occasion your circumstances tell lies. You either believe God or accept the lies of the devil. You and I are blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ. We are empowered to do whatever God has called us to do; to be whoever God has called us to be

Has the Lord been good to you? Has He answered many of your prayers? Have you returned to thank Him? It’s so easy to be like the nine lepers who forget to give thanks for the Lord’s help. Not only is this wrong, it also robs us of further blessings. What do we need to do in order that the gates to God’s blessing become open to us?

Let me share the Seven Steps to Open Your Pathway to Blessings

Number One: Know your source. “But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth” Deuteronomy 8:18. Unfortunately, as many believers become successful they forget how they got where they are. You must understand that you may have worked hard to get where you are but I also know that it was the Lord who gave you a brain to think with, the strength of body to work, the health to function properly and the skills to create possibilities. In short, we are who we are and where we are because of who is in us. It’s His ability working through us we hardly have any reason to boast. James 1:17

Number Two: You must divorce doubt. People fail to invest in new venture or fear that it will backfire. You must bind the spirits of fear, worry, and unbelief from your mind.

Number Three: Get your eyes off your lack and off your financial problems. The more you romance and ponder on your lack, the more lack will be seen in your life.

Number Four: Stop depending upon your own ability, natural resources, and family. God can use anybody anywhere to bless you

Number Five: Do not withhold from God your tithes and offerings. Give liberally, expecting God to multiply it back into your life. Gratitude requires awareness and effort, not only to feel it but to express it. And we express it by giving, it is not possible to get financial blessing without giving. Give from what God has blessed you with and trust Him for the rest. Revelation 22:12 says: “…I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according to his work shall be.” Reward means “dues paid for work.” God will bestow rewards upon our good deeds and endeavours.

Number Six: Line yourself up with God’s Word and walk in obedience to Him. Use the power of imagination to see the blessings in the word and it shall manifest in your world. Matthew 7:11, Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God, therefore what has the ability to come has the ability to go but when your faith is intact, satan can only revolve but cannot dissolve what God has resolved.

Number Seven: Ask in faith. A lot of people pray but never believes in their prayer. “But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubt is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord,” James 1:6-7

Today believe God, take hold of what belongs to you and begin a life of abundant blessings. May God turn your mourning into dancing Psalm 30:11. The pathway to receiving blessings from God is to be persistent in prayer and to show other people the love and kindness that God has shown to you!
