Men and brethren, Joseph was about to lose his purpose because he shared his dream to his brothers but God gave him Another Dream to confirm that the first dream will surely come to pass. Genesis 37:9. I want you to take a look at your life. Do you have a Dream that is out of place or buried. Do you desire Another Dream? Have you located Your Passion that has the ability to Ignite Your Dream and Spirit? Are you Set Apart For God? Are you a Fearless Advocate of Gods Kingdom? Have you set your resources Apart for God? How much have you done for God? Are you empowered like a nation will empower her Ambassador? When last did you activate Your Divine Passion that commands Another Dream? Are you ready to Pursue your Dream with Passion? When Last did you Pray for souls to be won into the kingdom? When last did you give God a seed that commands attention like Solomon did? The bible says in Matthew 22:14 says, “For many are called, but few are chosen.” Are you part of the crowd or part of the chosen. We all want to be successful. We all want God to fast forward our miracle. Today, tell God to revive your dream and make you a soul winner. Tell him to give you a Another Dream. Something to live for. Let God empower your dream with destiny helpers. Hear me, do you have a forgotten Dream? Do you need Another Dream? Are you ready to Pursue your Dream with Passion because an overnight success takes 12 years. Therefore, in the midst of economic uncertainties and lack of committed leaders who are bent to satisfy their belly rather than help the poor. How would you describe your relationship and blessings of God? Are you Contented? Rushed? Exciting? Stressful? Moving forward? Holding back? For many of us it’s all of the above at times but there are things we dream of doing one day, there are things we wish we could forget. There are times we hope thing will be perfect. Friends, can you say you have located your passion and your Spirit is ready to serve God completely? The scripture says that Jesus came to make all things new. he put you in a position where you will Fear No Man and a place to Be Fearless to pursue your Dream. Therefore, what would your life look like if you could start over with a clean slate this last quarter of 2024 with the hunger for change and a Fearless Advocate of Gods Kingdom? Becoming An Ambassador with a Difference. This is the more reason why you must daily Pursue your Dream with Passion and Ignite Your Spirit to become a creator of circumstances and not a victim. Ask God today to make you a daily candidate of supernatural exploits and for heaven to sparkle your Divine Passion in grand style with a new mandate to Fear No Man.
Friends, Passions are the loves of your life and it attracts people like magnets. They are the things that are most deeply important to you. They are the things that when you’re doing or talking about, light you up and make you happy. Therefore, if you don’t lead, no one will follow and if you really believe in something, people can tell, and they want to be a part of it. In life everyone is passionate about something. The awesomely awesome God is a passionate God. He passionately loves some things and passionately hates other things. God gives some people a godly passion to champion a cause. As you draw closer to him, he will give you a passion for something He cares about deeply so you can be an Ambassador for him in the world. It may be a passion about a problem, a purpose, a principle, or a group of people. Whatever it is, you will feel compelled to speak up about it and do what you can to make a difference. God asked me to tell someone here that this season shall announce your gifts that will destroy every Goliath on your way. May your Passionate Dream command Another Dream that will propel you to be somebody someday in Jesus name, Amen.
Jesus said, “A man’s heart determines his speech” Matthew 12:34. Your speech is a product of your enthusiasm and will command your ability to Fear No Man. An excited man will always speak out. You cannot keep yourself from talking about what you care about most. Today’s devotion will help to ignite your life to action and creativity. Do you demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for creating a positive customer experience in your working place and in your family? Because to be successful at what you do either in a company or your family you really have to believe that you have got to have that inner desire to work with people to create solutions. Quite simply, passion matters when you spark it into manifestation. “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled” Matthew 5:6
The reason that most career is not going forward is because we most time feel the apathy in the air, apathy that only serves to enhance the negativity of our past experiences of failure. Right where you are, it would not hurt to have just a little passion for through the process of establishment of your goals and vision. I speak to someone today, you will bounce back from failure. All those who have concluded you will amount to nothing shall change their confessions concerning you soonest. your case shall end in praise because God has given you Another Dream.
Just as your personality, culture, upbringing, and education influence your behaviour, so too does your passion. Passion can be thought of as a root emotion that compels you to take action, to champion a cause, an emotion that is often influences by external forces that influence our perceptions about what is exciting and alluring.
Your passion can be as much of a detriment as it is an asset, which is why you must be mindful of its power. The ability to harness your passion for positive gain can provide you with a tremendous advantage. The first step is to explore where your hunger for change really lie in order to champion a cause is by asking yourself:
What is meaningful to me and what gives me a sense of purpose?
What generates excitement and enthusiasm in me?
What types of activities truly engage me in a positive way?
Often your greatest passions will lie outside the realm of work. The idea of this teaching is to help you find a way to close the gap between your passions and your careers as best as you can that will make you to Fear No Man as you Pursue your Dream with Passion.
This means figuring out what your passions are and then seeking out those opportunities that best allow you to align your passions with activities that generate income. According to Bishop Oyedepo, “Life is an adventure in opportunities. Every time God desires to change the position of anyone, He presents him an opportunity. Very few see these opportunities, and fewer yet, seize these opportunities. It is not enough to see an opportunity; it is important to seize on them so you can maximize the blessings they carry for you.” Locate Your Passion and Pursue your Dream with Passion. The harsh reality is that most of us spend most of our waking hours working; we have no time for creativity and imagination. A man of imagination is a solution centre; it will not be long before he discovers the head of his Goliath. And meditation is the catalyst to bringing your imagination to realities.
For those who are unemployed or underemployed, most of your time is spent working toward getting back to work. At the end of the day, focusing your energy where your passions are only makes sense. Having a positive emotional connection to your vocation will help create a better experience for both you and those around you. That you are unemployed is a choice because if you look inward, there is something you can create.

Hear me, it takes hunger for change to Be Fearless to pursue your Dream with Passion. you must Locate Your Passion and Ignite Your Spirit. “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you” Matthew 17:20. Therefore, if you want mountains in your life to move, be prepared to be passionate in seeing the mountains move. Today, the Red sea shall give way for your triumphant passage to your promised land.
Passion matters when you learn to use it to your advantage. If you can effectively demonstrate to potential employers that you have that energizing spark or extra edge, you become infinitely more valuable, and you stand out. Remember, companies aren’t looking to hire people who need the job; they are looking for people who want the job. They are looking for those candidates who stand out and have something genuine to offer. Find your passions and learn how to use them to your advantage.
David saw an opportunity to get a job instead of remaining in the forest with sheep. He got the job of killing Goliath by his hunger for change of level. Even Saul could not discourage him; the weapons and clothes of war could not discourage him. “And David spake to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that killeth this Philistine, and taketh away the reproach from Israel?” 1 Samuel 17:26-33. He was Fearless to pursue his Dream
No wonder David declared “It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet, and setteth me upon my high places. He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great. Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.” Psalm 18:32-36
As a parent, what do you instil in your children? The wisest parents I know are honest. They watch their children grow and steer them toward their strengths with encouragement rather than force. And sometimes these parents feel pride and fear. Of course they want to protect their children too. But why should your children give up their best years to study things and do things that barely hold their interest? Is that really a wise use of their time? Why teach them to ignore their instincts? The best way to predict your future is to create it. Ask God for wisdom to sparkle your passion
Men and brethren, it is the bold, not the weak, who jump higher during hard times. Fear leads nowhere; enthusiasm can lead everywhere. Parents can see which hopes have real promise and help their children make decisions accordingly, but only if they’ve maintained a supportive relationship with them rather than one that’s doctrinaire. As your children weigh their options, as parents, give them your best advice: Risk everything. Plans B, C, D, and E will always be there. Let them Grab Plan A.
Passion enables change and if you don’t like change, you’re going to like irrelevance even less. Someone who has no passion for, or understanding of, your business and your crowd is a mistake to hire.
Your passion is ignited and fuelled with your direct action in answering the call of your heart-to-heart connection. How will you know what is calling you if you do not allow yourself to be led to it? Your passionate feelings, flowing deep and forcibly within you, are your cue that there is a strong heart-to-heart connection. Let me quickly point out that passion changes over time. What you are passionate about today might not make the list five years from now. Today’s passions are significant because they lead you to your opportunities. Opportunities almost always are connected to passion. You probably won’t pursue an opportunity you aren’t passionate about. That’s why passion matters. It points you to your opportunities. It helps you identify specific situations in which you can live your why. Spiritual Passion turns future dreams into present realities. Psalm 69: 9, Jeremiah 20: 9
Hear the word of the Lord “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.” Deuteronomy 31:6-7. Remember, now that you belong to Jesus, nothing can separate you from Him. No Matter What Happens, you have God’s promise of eternal life and His peace and protection for your life now. “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from His love. Death can’t, and life can’t. The angels can’t, and the demons can’t. Our fears for today and our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell can’t keep God’s love away. Whether we are high above the sky or in the deepest ocean, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39. Locate Your Passion and Pursue your Dream with Passion. See, when you have passion to champion a cause for God and to Fear No Man, Fuel that Passion with prayers and the word of God plus determination and action, there is no limit to what you can become. I declare, Heaven shall Set you apart for God to command wonders beginning this season of 2024 in Jesus name Amen

Awesomely Awesome God, thank You for bringing me to a new decade, new month and a new Season of dramatic change of story. I announce, all through the month of December 2024, it shall be the month and season of Favour in Unexpected Places. I shall be unstoppable by man or any devil. Whatever is preventing my breakthrough shall not escape the visitation of Heaven this month. I declare, no more losses, no more stagnation, no more bus-stop because I shall witness the power of resurrection in the name of Jesus. I shall be enthroned and celebrated everywhere I go and experience a consistent growth, supernatural break forth and multiples of favour in all areas of life. It shall be stagnation, sickness free and crisis free month, poverty shall miss my dwelling and all my mockers shall dance and sing for me during my testimony time in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Lord, I declare that I am a favoured child of my Father God, therefore I shall not fail in life in Jesus’ name. No witch or wizard will truncate my destiny. Father God, my desire this December 2024 shall come to pass as I draw closer to You for my empowerment. Bless my vow. Teach me how to have a relationship with You in the presence of the Holy Spirit to do business with You in the atmosphere of business as my Prince of Peace. Make me a change maker, result-oriented believer, business maker and career maker in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Father, release Your anointing in all the places this commission shall be ministering. Grant us wisdom and financial increase to make things happen. Father, through the spoken word continually heal the sick, save the lost and release the Power to raise the dead in Jesus’ name.

Lord, let Your mighty hand of favour uphold me in all my endeavours. You made a promise that if I pay my tithes and my first fruits, You will take away sickness and calamity and poverty from me and bless me beyond measures. Lord, as I give this month of December 2024 to support Your work, I will not die like chicken, my family members will not die like cows. As I key into this revelation of financial wonder to be a consistent payer and giver especially this December 2024, let my blessings be manifested in grand style in Jesus’ name. Amen.
