Matthew 2:1-10, Isaiah 7:14, Acts 4:16, Colossians 3:16,Isaiah 43:18, Psalm 147:4, John 1:4-5

Men and brethren, the three wise men came saying to everyone that could hear “for we have seen his star in the east” Matthew 2:2.  The saw The Star that  will give birth to other Stars. See, there is power in seeing above the natural and seeing above the ordinary and seeing above the obvious when you search out your God given idea and conceive a dream on how to go about it because your idea is the platform for your destiny fulfilment. You must discover it, cultivate it, water it and pursue it now that you have access to His presence through this medium. “When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy” Matthew 2:10. This is your very season of deep manifestation of your God’s ordained blessings. Hear me, as we celebrate The Star that gave birth to other Stars today, that stigma in your family shall be turned around at your appearance.

The global church celebrates today and reflects on the divine channel of peace that God sent to mankind to save it and restore it back to Himself. It is a day set aside to remember the prophetic fulfillment of the light that came to the world Isaiah 7:14. And anytime light comes into your destiny, your Herod will not always be happy. Let me shock you by saying that the more blessings you have in life the more you are qualified to have greater enemies Matthew 2:3. Therefore, as you join us in Honouring Christ, The Star that gave birth to other Stars, your mockers shall honour you in Jesus name Amen. 

Right where you are, you may have been known by what you were doing wrongly, your failure and your bitter experience of the past; this month, you shall be known for joy, favour and with uncommon blessings. You therefore need a notable miracle that will crush the yoke of stagnation against your dreams in life. The only thing that can stop the opposition in your life or destiny and make your enemies to back away is miracle. Our desire is that before the end of this year, several of you will be singing new songs. And when men set target for you that is bigger than your ability, God will step into it.

Men and brethren, it is the miracles in your life that command the shinning of the Star in you. And miracle is God’s performance that is beyond the ability of men. It is not just what you can get or achieve on your own. It is the strength of God working in man. Miracle is the power of God making room and creating future for men. It is a supernatural intervention in natural laws of life that is obtained by preparation plus opportunity. Therefore, God will grant you the evidence of His power in your assignment as He did to the Apostles when they attempted to kill them but by the intervention of the man at the Beautiful Gate that was healed “Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it” Acts 4:16. From today, the great thing that will happen in your life and through your life cannot be denied. The miracles will also sustain your Star to keep shining.

Let me also admonish us that, the word of God is the catalyst of your shining star and it helps you to conceive ideas and life’s dream. It helps you to see ahead of time. When God’s word is in your spirit, His influence and life will dwell richly in you. “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Colossians 3:16. You must labour in the word. Yes, you can do it because it is by grace. That is why we must not offend God’s Spirit. If we offend His Spirit, the enemy will come and begin to tamper and interrupt with His move and plans for our lives. Do not give attention to offences but look away from them. The Bible says, “Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.” Isaiah 43:18. If there is anything you are going to do for yourself in the remaining part of this year, you must come out from your past. When your heart stays on things you could not stop happening, you will not be qualified to see things that God has ordained to happen. The word of God can go back to your past and heal your yesterday, secures your today and anchors your tomorrow. You are meant to be an ‘outcast’ with men so that you can be an ‘in-cast’ with God. God has a definite agenda for your life. Therefore, there is no competition of stars and the bible says “He (God) telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names” Psalm 147:4. God knows your capability, he knows you by your name. Be tolerant because God has been tolerating you and your weaknesses. Stars are tolerant because every star is allowed to shine; there is no eclipse of the Stars.

We call it Christmas but its real meaning is anniversary of the salvation of the world. It is Christ anniversary. Christmas is not all about the new clothes, good food, decorated houses and re-union with old friends; it is more of a new heart, redeemed soul and re-union with God. The primary motive of His birth was to save us from sin. Sin is the seed of the power of darkness, a demonic seed that breeds demonic influence. Jesus came to heal our conscience and pave way for our reconciliation with our Creator. We will regain confidence and consciousness of God’s original will and plan for humanity. He shall be called Jesus which is interpreted to mean ‘Deliverer’; and Christ which means ‘Anointed’. The bible says In Him was life and the life became the light of men and the light shines in darkness but darkness comprehended it not John 1:4-5. This is an indication that the blessings of God in your life shall never be taken away from you no matter the rage of your Herod. You are next to be celebrated by your mockers. 

Jesus is called Anointed deliverer- an agent of God with the global solution to the needs of men. Today, as we celebrate His birth, position your mind for peace, victory, dominion etc. Make up with God and ensure you renew your salvation and join us in  Honouring Christ, The Star that gave birth to other Stars.
