Isaiah 6:8, Acts 13:2, Mark 3:13-14. 2 Timothy 2:15, Luke 10:1-17, 2 Corinthians 5:19-20

Men and brethren, apprenticeship or servanthood comes before honour or reward. Unless you are ready to be a teachable servant and put on a servant heart, God will not send you to your generation. When you go to where Heaven has not commanded, you will struggle to make impact without significance.  May God rewrite your story and may your story end in Praise

God is looking for men and women who are ready to be Kingdom Ambassadors with their skills, finances and dedication. An ambassador must have credentials. The dictionary defines “ambassador” as a minister of the highest rank, a diplomat of the highest order, employed by the government to manage the concern of that government in another country. Many Christians testify that they are ambassadors for Jesus, yet they do not know the functions of an ambassador. The content and truth in this message will give us a little insight as to the character and the work of an ambassador. An ambassador must know his country. Before you ever become an ambassador for God, you must know the kingdom of God. You have to know its forces, its might, its armor, its universal position, its key city, which is Mount Zion. (Hebrew.12:22-23, Hebrew13:14, Revelation 21:10-24). “For our citizenship is in heaven” (Philippians 3:20). God will not let you represent His kingdom until you know His kingdom. This requires study and experience. To be an ambassador in the kingdom of God requires a personal knowledge of the master, Jesus.

Right where you are, there are three factors that can provoke the Spirit of the LORD to send you for a divine assignment: Number One is teachable heart, Number Two is ability and Number Three is availability. Let me quickly say that the strength and power of this daily wisdom devotional is total compliance, obedience and practice of the principles it teaches.

Our Awesomely awesome God does not need you to be qualified before you are sent, He is the God that qualifies the unqualified. But if God does not care about your ability, He will care for your availability. The Bible says, “As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them” Acts 13:2. Paul and Barnabas had teachable spirit, possessed special ability and were available, hence God used them. God is not going to use you if you are not committed to these vital kingdom principles. If you face challenges and opt out, you will not be matured and prepared for future relevance.

When God is preparing you, and you decide to quit because you have ability, you may miss out in His divine plan for you. Therefore, ability doesn’t determine usage but availability. The Bible says that Jesus calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him. And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach Mark 3:13-14.

The scriptures also gives account in Luke 10:1-12 of how the master sent out the disciples to go out and preach the gospel; he sent them to proclaim peace but the interesting story is when they returned, they were happy, they felt they have arrived, and the mission was complete and accomplished, they declared ‘even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.” Luke 10:17. When they passed the test of obedience, the master said to them ‘their best is yet to come’ and gave them power ministry (Luke 10:19) with a command for signs and wonders to follow them.

Do you have Teachable spirit? When we talk about teachable spirit, we talk in the context and the intent of you having the spirit of submission to an institution or authority. It takes humility to be teachable. Prophet Elisha was an established man before he met Elijah, yet he humbled himself and submitted to him as his master. God told Jeremiah “Work for the peace and prosperity of the city where I sent you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, for its welfare will determine your welfare.'” Jeremiah 29:7. Apostle Paul said, “For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And He gave us this wonderful Message of reconciliation. So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making His appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, ‘Come back to God!’ (2 Corinthians 5:19-20).

The Scripture says, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” 2 Timothy 2:15. Do your best so that God can qualify you for the best. Be a pleaser of God and not pleaser of men. Do your best in service, love, giving and prayer. We are not primarily in Christ to solve our problem but worship and serve our God. Right motive is what counts in this kingdom. God celebrates fellowship and friendship. Some of us are first of all a child of God before becoming a minister. It is good to Pray to receive miracles from God but pray more earnestly to have relationship with Him. A believer who is not teachable is not qualified to stand as a servant to humanity and this kingdom. How long you wait will always determine how far you will go. Allow God to drive your destiny; do not be in a hurry. You have no backing authority if God did not send you. Mark 6:7-8. You will have no provision when Heaven do not endorse your going Luke 10:1-17. May heaven declare you fit for Kingdom Ambassador.
